Refund and cancellation policy

All riders are welcome to edit or cancel their entry for a full refund anytime up to the closing date 22/11/21

For riders wishing to cancel their entry after the 22/11/21 but before the final closing date of 25/11/21 please email us and request a cancellation and refund in full.

No changes, cancellations or refunds are possible after the 26/11/21 as after this date the starting sheets have been produced, numbers (and timing chips) ordered and entrants lists have been submitted and uploaded to the event timing providers.

(Please note that refunds after 25/11/21 are offered as a gesture of goodwill only, there is no obligation on behalf of the organisers or UCI for non participation as the event took place as planned)

We will consider requests for refunds of the entry fee after the date of 26/11/21 only for the following reasons.

1) A positive Covid Test requiring Isolation – Evidence of the positive test clearly showing your full name and address should be (sent) to us with your request for cancellation.

2) A travel ban imposed by either your own home country or the UK Gov restricting your ability to travel. Please email us a copy of any such notice with your request for cancellation.

Please note that we are not able to offer refunds or cancellations within the final week before the event unless the criteria above are met. You will be shown as DNS on the Starting list.
